[KAN BICI] Nuevo comunicado (cast/cat/eng)
Buen año a todxs,
éste nuevo comunicado sale a raiz de rumores de un planeado desalojo
ilegal de Kan Bici por parte del juzgado/mossos y del propietario Jose
de Puig...
Hasta el dia de hoy no hay ningúna fecha de lanzamiento emitido por el
juzgado de Girona ni otro aviso de otras instituciones. La sentencia en
segunda instancia ya está firme desde el pasado 5 de Enero 2018.
Desde nuestra parte hemos recurrido la petición de lanzamento ante-
lantada (y por supuesto en éste sentido también ilegal) por parte de la
propiedad que segun la ley solamente se puede pedir a partir del dia
que la sentencia está firme.
El juzgado tiene que emitir una fecha concreta para el lanzamiento y
cuando llegará éste dia (y en el caso que la kasa sigue okupada) pod-
rian emitir un orden de desalojo a las "fuerzas del orden" para que efec-
tuan el lanzamiento por la fuerza.
Queremos recordar que la propiedad tiene la finca de Mas Viader (que
incluye a Kan Bici) alquilada a la fabrica de piensos de Galliners, y
éste contrato se expira en la fecha del 28 de Febrero 2018.
Teoricamente el juzgado y la propiedad deberian que respetar aquella
fecha y poner una fecha de lanzamiento más en adelante.
Pero como vivimos en el "Oeste salvaje" donde existe la "Libertad de
Robar" se puede esperar cualquier barbaridad arbitraria que legitima
"nuestra" democracia y satisfecha la sed de venganza de los fascistas.
En éste sentido lanzamos de nuevo un grito a la solidaridad mutua y
de alerta por posibles actuaciones ilegales contra la kasa okupada.
El mismo dia del desalojo (legal u ilegal) de Kan Bici convocamos
una Manifestación a las 19.00h en la Plaza Major de Banyoles!
Para los dias 15 al 18 de Febrero estamos preparando unas
jornadas por la okupación y autogestión en Kan Bici.

Good year to everybody,
This new release comes in the wake of rumors of a planned illegal eviction
of Kan Bici by the court/cops and the owner Sr. Jose de Puig...
Until today there is no eviction date issued by the Judge of Girona or any
other notice from other institutions. The sentence in Second instance is
already firm since last January 5th, 2018.
From our side we have resorted to the pre-dated request of the eviction
(and of course in this sense also illegal) on the part of the property which
according to the law can only be ordered from the day that the sentence
is firm.
The court has to issue a specific date for the eviction and when this day will
arrive (and in the case that the squat continues) they could issue an eviction
order to the "forces of order" so that effect will evict by force.
We want to remember that the property has the farm of Mas Viader (which
includes Kan Bici) rented to the Galliners feed factory, and this contract
expires on the date of February 28th, 2018.
Theoretically the court and the property should respect at least that date
and put an eviction date further on.
But as we live in the "Wild West" where exists the "freedom of steal" you
can expect any arbitrary atrocity that legitimizes "our" democracy and satisfy
the thirst for revenge of the fascists.
In this sense we again launch a cry for mutual solidarity and to be alert of
possible illegal actions against the squat.
The same day of the eviction (legal or illegal) of Kan Bici we call for
a Demonstration at 19.00h in the Major square of Banyoles!
For the days 15th to 18th of February we are preparing some
action days for squatting and self-management at Kan Bici.

Detësto / band from Brasil (Campinas) - new songs for "O SOM DO ABISMO" vol.1 compilation - Discördia records
After a time of silence and a small lineup
change Detësto crustpunk from Brazil are back with some new songs. They
recorded some new songs for compilations of which one “O SOM DO ABISMO volume 1 compilation”
will be released this year (2017) by Discördia records (fofao/besthoven DIY
label) with a bunch of Brazilian bands. You can check Detësto’s new songs on
bandcamp or youtube.
