Deposit Man Asks What if I Bang a Cowboy?
Deposit Man, a punk band based in Oulu, Finland has released the first single from their upcoming sophomore record. The track Bang a Cowboy premiered in digital format on 28.2.2017 along with a music video.

Bang a Cowboy shows off a lighter yet more versatile side to Deposit Man. “I wanted to compose a more romantic song then Lance named it Bang a Cowboy”, explains composer Elias Casanova.

Vocalist-Guitarist Lance Fono explains the idea behind the lyrics, “People these days stick religiously to their political sides, left or right and I wrote these lyrics to question what happens if you wanted to bang a gun toting cowboy, which side do you choose then?”.

Deposit Man was formed in 2014 by four Oulu (Finland) based dads. Lance Fono, Elias Casanova, Matti Honkala and Janne Knuuti. Front man Fono is originally from New Zealand and Casanova hails from Catalonia, Spain.

Deposit Man’s 2016 released debut EP and its single Tyranny gained attention from punk media around the world. The band has featured in fanzines and websites such as: Razorcake zine (USA), Dying Scene (global), Über Rock (UK), Skatepunkers (global), Melodic Punk Style (Poland), GNWP (Russia), Nation Libre (Mexico) and more.

Deposit Man music has also been played on radio shows in USA, Germany, Poland and Italy.
