En recuerdo de Ignacio Medina, Daniel Moraga, Gastón Anaglabeti y Fabián González…
La noche del 16 de abril de 2015 un concierto de música crust punk cambia de giro, apagando los acordes para dar paso al morbo de la carroña periodístico policial.
La banda Doom se presentaba en Chile en un concierto realizado por un conocido personaje del mundo OI Skin, mánager de una famosilla banda punk local (Fiskales Ad Hoc), quien años atrás fue cercano y activo en la lucha por la salida a la kalle de los prisioneros políticos de la cárcel de Alta Seguridad. Claramente los senderos que pudieron unirnos hoy nos separan de forma drástica, en una muestra más de cómo nuestras elecciones de vida se van tensionando constantemente.
El antiguo punk anticarcelario, hoy convertido en empresario de la música, ligado a las mafias de las barras futboleras y a las drogas, realizó su espectáculo comercial/musical. Como custodios de la función estaba su permanente staff de matones ansiosos de encarnar prácticas policiales.
Al desatarse una avalancha deseosa de entrar gratis, la sed de ser autoridad fue desnudando lo peor de las personas que estaban en la organización del recital. Con bates y palos fueron golpeadxs quienes corrían escaleras abajo para alcanzar las puertas de acceso, luego fueron mojadxs y electrocutadxs con electroshock, produciéndose el desmayo y la parálisis casi como reacción en cadena.
Unx a unx fueron cayendo, aplastándose mientras recibían golpes de corriente conducidos por el agua. Unx a unx fueron desmayándose conocidxs/cercanxs y compañerxs algunxs, todxs devoradxs en la marea humana atrapada en una escalera electrificada.
Al final de la jornada, cuatro chicos murieron esa noche y uno más con el paso de los días. Cinco vidas que pudieron ser las de cualquiera de nuestrxs conocidxs/cercanxs o compañerxs, porque la muerte fue un azar en manos de los mafiosos de la organización de un concierto punk.
No escribimos estas letras pensando en los niveles de seguridad del recinto, en el “poco profesionalismo” de los guardias o en el descontrol propio del punk. Escribimos pensando en los chicos que encontraron la muerte en un incidente que evidencia al ciudadano-policía, deseoso de aplicar la violencia para defender y perpetuar tanto su rol de autoridad como sus intereses económicos.
Nuestras letras surgen desde la rabia, del instintivo impacto y también desde la alarma que nos produce que normalicemos lo ocurrido.
Para nosotrxs la música es una herramienta más de propagación de ideas, es un arma más de propaganda, así la entendemos y vivimos, lejos de las luces del espectáculo pirotécnico, del show comercial, de los dividendos y los empresarios que se sirven de ella.
Reivindicamos la autogestión, no solo de nuestros encuentros musicales sino que de nuestras vidas, reivindicamos la defensa de nuestra contracultura anárquica, del “hazlo tú mismx” siempre con la finalidad de propagar un mensaje de confrontación a cualquier tipo autoridad.
Nos resultan despreciables quienes organizaron el concierto de Doom, como también la miserable reacción de la banda, que en diferentes comunicados ha mostrado su apoyo al mánager chileno como si se tratara de un caído en desgracia. Entre empresarios siempre se cuidan la espalda. En un irónico acto, la banda comprometió recursos para las familias de quienes murieron, fondos que llegarían a las manos del mismo sujeto que organizó el recital...
No queremos la caridad ni lastimosa misericordia. No buscamos sanciones judiciales por este caso, porque no reconocemos jerarquías, ni la falsa justicia estatal ni su pretendida superioridad. Negamos desde la práctica la delegación de nuestros conflictos.
No olvidemos a los muertos en Doom, nuestra única justicia será la memoria negra y la activación de los actos en venganza.

On the night of April 16th 2015 a music concert crust punk changes rotation, by turning off the chords to give way to the morbidity of the carrion journalism police.
The band Doom was presented in Chile in a concert conducted by a well-known personality in the world OI Skin, manager of a famous punk band (Fiskales Ad Hoc), who years ago was close and active in the struggle for the output to the street of political prisoners in the High Security Prison. Clearly trails which could unite us today separate us drastically, in another example of how our choices in life are stressing constantly.
The old anti-prison-punk, today converted into entrepreneur of the music, linked to the mafias of football bars and drugs carried out its commercial/musical show. As custodians of the feature was its permanent staff of thugs eager to embody police practices.
To unleash an avalanche of eager to enter free, thirst for authority was stripping the worst of people who were in the Organization of the show. With bats and sticks were beaten who ran stairs down to reach the gates of access, then they were wet and electrocuted with electric shock guns,causing fainting and palsy almost like chain reaction.
One to one they were falling down, flattening itself while they were receiving blows of current led by the water. One to one they were fainting well-known / nearby and some comrades, all devoured in the human tide caught in an electrified stairs.
At the end of the day, four boys died this night and one more with the step of the days. Five lives that could be those of any of our well-known / near ones or partners, because the death was a hazard in hands of the gangsters of the organization of a concert punk.
We do not write these letters thinking about the safety levels of the enclosure, in the “small professionalism” of the guards or in the proper lack of control of punk. We write thinking about the boys who found the death in an incident that demonstrates the citizen - police officer, anxious to apply the violence to defend and to perpetuate both its roll of authority and its economic interests.
Our letters arise from the anger, of the instinctive impact and also from the alarm that produces to us that we normalize the happened.
For us the music is one more tool of spread of ideas, it is one more propaganda weapon, this way we understand it and live, far from the lights of the pyrotechnic spectacle, of the commercial show, of the dividends and the businessmen who make use of it.
We claim the self-management, not only of our musical meetings but of our lives, we claim the defense of our anarchic counterculture, of “do it yourself” always for the purpose of spreading a confrontation message to any type of authority.
We are despicable who organized the show of Doom, as also the miserable reaction of the band, which in different communicate has shown its support for the manager of Chile as if he were a "fallen in disgrace". Between entrepreneurs always they nurse the back. In an ironic act, the band committed resources to the families of those who died, funds that would arrive at the hands of the same subject that organized the show...
We do not want charity or pitiful mercy. We do not seek judicial sanctions by this case, because we do not recognize hierarchies, or the false state justice nor his purported superiority.We refuse from the practice the delegation of our conflicts.

Brand spanking new punk band Deposit Man from Oulu, Finland has released their first single. The anger-charged track Tyranny leads Deposit Man’s debut EP, which is due to be released during May 2016.
Formed in November 2014 by four punk Dads in their 30s, Deposit Man plays melodic punk with lyrics that cover politics in the government, at work and at home. The band consists of four Oulu-based players: Lance Fono (New Zealand/Samoa), Elias Casanova (Spain), Matti Honkala and Janne Knuuti (Finland).
Tyranny was composed by Elias Casanova with lyrics written by Lance Fono. “I wrote it to piss of liberals, but I am a liberal, but I hate liberals”, says New Zealand born Samoan singer/guitarist Lance Fono.

Esta mañana a partir de las 9.00h con el apoyo de 6 lecheras anti-disturbios
de Girona el juzgado nº 2 de Girona executó ilegalmente y sin aviso previo el

la espalda de nuestra abogada Laia Serra) no hubo presencia de nadie de la

ficio de la finca al lado y cerraron las 3 fincas con cadenas y candados.
Desde el principio de éste proceso judicial hicieron todo de manera ilegal
hasta el final, parece que el BBVA ha pagado bien a la jueza...

Banyoles (Girona)! The 2nd court of Girona tribunal is responsible for all
the illegal process (today without any advice nor to our lowyer) from the
beginning to the end. Because of the sorprise noone of the assambly of
the Squatted Social Center was present. They closed everything with
walls and chains, including two areas aside of L'Estella. Seems that the
new owners (BBVA bank) paid well to the judge!

Queremos ensenar el Don't Surrender Show Performance en todos tipos de evenementos para todos. Salas de musica en directo, festivales, bodegas, bars, fiestas, alternativos sitios, exposiciones, vernissage, ect.
Técnicamente, tenemos todo el material para tocar en una totale autonomia.

Fight the European right -- for a true social awakening
On 6 February 2016, right-wing organisations in 13 countries are planing a joint day of action against European refugee policies. These organisations include radical right-wing groups like the Front National (France) as well as militant groups like Golden Dawn (Greece), who do not shy away from taking up arms and killing their political opponents and refugees. Leading the way is the Pegida movement from Dresden, Germany.
At no time since 1945 have people in Europe been so threatened by the dark veil of fascism. The Europe-wide actions as well as the influence of right-wing radicals on governments in France, Hungary and Poland, for example, show just how professional the network as well as the financial capabilities of this movement have become. By contrast, the networks and ability to mobilise of emancipatory leftist and anarchist structures are not nearly as well developed.
What we are currently experiencing is the radicalisation of hundreds of thousands of people in Europe, which is for the most part based on their fear of social decline, hardships and lack of perspective. Current events will determine whether such a radicalisation will turn on outsiders or turn into a common, emancipatory struggle of the underprivileged for a fair economic and political order.
A struggle that only focuses on counter demonstrations will most certainly lose. Counter protests are of course better than doing nothing. But over the medium term, we can only oppose the right-wing ideas which are spreading like wild fire with our own solution and explanations. We have to show that the solutions offered by the right (i.e. repression, isolation and aggressive foreign policy) will at most slow down the increasing precarity and poverty for a while at the cost of our own freedom and the lives of others. We have to show that the inequality, disenfranchisement and lack of perspective of the vast majority of the human race is a necessity of capitalism, and that the dream of jobs for everybody is dead and buried. Finally, we have to show that most refugees are fleeing and traumatised because the current economic order persists. Capitalism lives from humiliation, brutal oppression and wars on entire continents.
Even if our support of refugees and migrants costs us much of our energy, we cannot ignore the increasing precarity of those with the same citizenship as us. We have to support and help organise their struggles, so as not to play into the hands of the radical right and to become bourgeois paternalist philanthropists ourselves.
For this reason, we call on you not only to take part in anti-fascist counterprotest and self-defence on 6 February, but also to show an alternative to the current misery through direct action, solidarity, anti-parliamentarism and self-organisation, i.e. the entire bracket of anarcho-syndicalist activities. We call on you to unmask the European right as what they truly are: the best thing that could ever happen to capitalism and its endeavor to prevent a sorely-needed class war and an alliance of the oppressed.
Stop the enemies of our emancipation! Towards a free and anti-capitalist future!

CSO L'Estella resiste!
Aupa compas,
ayer Miercoles 27 de Enero fue la fecha anunciada por el juzgado nº2
de Girona para desalojar el CSO L'Estella en Banyoles. Estuvimos
unxs cuantxs compas en la concentración delante del espacio pero
no aparecieron ni lxs del juzgado ni los maderos. Automaticamente
se quedó suspendido éste segundo intento de desalojar la Estella,
ya que el orden solamente les autorizó para éste mismo dia de rea-
lizar su trabajo sucio. Ahora estamos esperando una nueva fecha,
que podria alargar la vida de la Estella por varios meses, o también
existe la posibilidad que archivan el caso y abrirán un nuevo proceso.
En cualquier caso ahí estaremos para seguir con la lucha por la
liberación total, practicando la autogestión y el apoyo mutuo solidario.
Viva la okupación y la Anarkia!

yesterday Wednesday January 27th was the announced date of the
2nd court of Girona to evict the CSO L'Estella in Banyoles.We stood
a bunch of comrades in front of the space, but noone showed up not
the cops nor from courthouse. Automaticly was cancelled this 2nd
intent to evict la Estella, because their order only authorized them to
realize their dirty job at that same date. Now we're waiting for a new
date, what could large the life of the squat for various month, or exist
the possibility that they archive the case to open a new process, too.
In each case we'll stay here to continue the struggle for the total
liberation, practizing the d.i.y. and the solidarious support.
Long life for squatting and the Anarchy!

"Gimmy" Puglisi anarquista detenido el 4 de Junio 2013 en Barcelona, anteriormente fugado de la justicia italiana y buscado por orden internacional por ser condenado a 14 años por los hechos de Genova G8 2001.
Ultimamente Gimmy ha sufrido mucho porque el 24 de Octubre pasado se suicidó su compañera sentimental Paola Ferla que le acompañó durante más de un año en la fuga.
Partes de una carta suya de Diciembre del 2015:
"Pero hablo 2 líneas precisas como nos reunimos con Paola. Nos conocimos en el 24-25 abril, 2006 durante una fiesta organizada por la antifascista totalmente el sistema de sonido Anark en el centro social histórico "Guernica Fabrika". Desde entonces no nos hemos separado. Unx al lado dela otrx 24h / 24h con las ocupaciones, taz, fiesta en centros comunitarios con beneficios, procedimientos para los hechos de la cumbre del G8 en Génova ... siempre juntxs! Especialmente el escondite heroica a mi lado y no es poca cosa! Financió con su propia discapacidad dinero absoluta libertad. Honrarla siempre! En realidad sabíamos que tarde o temprano me atraparon, pero fue el principio de no volver a cortar! Para el final! No tengo rencores que hice, porque yo tenía un año más con mi amada Paola. Para mí fue una pérdida inconmensurable que aún hoy en día no lo creo, pero tengo que creer porque esta es la realidad y no se puede cambiar..però usted puede hacer obras revolucionarias para suavizar y aliviar mi dolor es que uno de los familiares Ferla porque son proletarios reales! Y 'verdaderos !! costes derivados son € 6.000! Me considero una persona humilde y respetuoso con los compañeros que me apoyaron incondicionalmente hoy y de hecho yo sinceramente le agradece hecho tomar la oportunidad de hacerlo, con sus beneficios con conciertos, cócteles cenas y mucho más! No es necesario para que el nombre completo todo el mundo sabe si lo hizo o si lo hizo el trabajo revolucionario . Pero no voy a detenerme demasiado en este tema. Entiendo a los que quieren entender como decimos en mi país "media palabra"! Durante más de un mes que ponga la economía más que antes (por el dinero de la compa!) Esta es también gracias que son de una sola célula. Y pude publicar el viernes pasado desde mi cuenta de 300 EUR a mi madre (viuda de su marido y un hijo y una hija Paola casi sólo por una cuestión de sangre) para ser compartido con la familia proletarios Ferla. No me avergüenzo, estoy haciendo ahorros, comer de la compra ya que al menos puedo, pero mi madre porque incluso que el gasto no puede apenas hacerlo. Yo aquí no pago alquiler y luz la que sí! ¿Por qué alquilar! Porque no me avergüenzo, la pobreza no es una vergüenza. Vergonzoso son otras cosas! Estoy orgulloso de ser, a pesar de todo, todavía yo!"

"No escribo para hablar de Génova del G8 porque creo que ahora para nosotros en la cárcel ya no hay nada que hacer por lo menos hablando conmigo ... tengo que cumplir la cárcel y lo hago. No hay problema !!
Pero te escribo hoy porque los familiares de Paola no recibieron ni un solo euro para cubrir los gastos del funeral. Que son de 6.000 euros. Transporte de Paola de Génova a Canicattini Baños (provincia de Siracusa). Entiendo que es difícil por ahí y cada uno también tiene sus propios problemas,..però lamentablemente un esfuerzo para pedir a todxs lxs compañerxs anarquistas, antifascistas, libertarios, simpatizantes y gente común, en fin todo el mundo puede contribuir a la causa y hacer una acción revolucionaria, porque incluso apoyar a un funeral de un amigo de un amigo en la cárcel por hechos colectivos que se relaciona con todxs, es una acción revolucionaria."

Voy a actualizar mi mismo con mi pluma dinero recibido. Le adjunto una carta recibida de la madre de Paola. Espero que por lo menos esta carta (no la mía) golpeó muchas cabezas! Termino como esto porque quiero dar las gracias públicamente por su nombre y apellido, se llama Sabrina Rapisarda Catania que era la única con mi madre para ir al funeral. Me encantó! Doy gracias a todos los compañeros / sinceros y que hasta la fecha me han apoyado. Y la sangre de mi hermano que lo cierra bien para las conversaciones. Lo sentimos pongo esto último porque sé muy bien cómo leer gasa todo! Pare. No me gusta dar nombres! Un abrazo a todos. Maurizio Bassetti y Marco Ferruzzi asesinados por el Estado venganza!
