Esta mañana a partir de las 9.00h con el apoyo de 6 lecheras anti-disturbios
de Girona el juzgado nº 2 de Girona executó ilegalmente y sin aviso previo el

desalojo del CSO L'Estella en Banyoles! Por la sorpresa (incluso detrás de
la espalda de nuestra abogada Laia Serra) no hubo presencia de nadie de la
asamblea del CSO en el momento del desalojo. Tapiaron la Estella y el edi-
ficio de la finca al lado y cerraron las 3 fincas con cadenas y candados.
Desde el principio de éste proceso judicial hicieron todo de manera ilegal
hasta el final, parece que el BBVA ha pagado bien a la jueza...

Banyoles (Girona)! The 2nd court of Girona tribunal is responsible for all
the illegal process (today without any advice nor to our lowyer) from the
beginning to the end. Because of the sorprise noone of the assambly of
the Squatted Social Center was present. They closed everything with
walls and chains, including two areas aside of L'Estella. Seems that the
new owners (BBVA bank) paid well to the judge!

Despues de nuestro Scandinavian Tour este verano, continuamos el "Sun Sex and Rock'n'Roll European Tour" por la peninsula iberica.
Queremos ensenar el Don't Surrender Show Performance en todos tipos de evenementos para todos. Salas de musica en directo, festivales, bodegas, bars, fiestas, alternativos sitios, exposiciones, vernissage, ect.
Técnicamente, tenemos todo el material para tocar en una totale autonomia.

Fight the European right -- for a true social awakening
On 6 February 2016, right-wing organisations in 13 countries are planing a joint day of action against European refugee policies. These organisations include radical right-wing groups like the Front National (France) as well as militant groups like Golden Dawn (Greece), who do not shy away from taking up arms and killing their political opponents and refugees. Leading the way is the Pegida movement from Dresden, Germany.
At no time since 1945 have people in Europe been so threatened by the dark veil of fascism. The Europe-wide actions as well as the influence of right-wing radicals on governments in France, Hungary and Poland, for example, show just how professional the network as well as the financial capabilities of this movement have become. By contrast, the networks and ability to mobilise of emancipatory leftist and anarchist structures are not nearly as well developed.
What we are currently experiencing is the radicalisation of hundreds of thousands of people in Europe, which is for the most part based on their fear of social decline, hardships and lack of perspective. Current events will determine whether such a radicalisation will turn on outsiders or turn into a common, emancipatory struggle of the underprivileged for a fair economic and political order.
A struggle that only focuses on counter demonstrations will most certainly lose. Counter protests are of course better than doing nothing. But over the medium term, we can only oppose the right-wing ideas which are spreading like wild fire with our own solution and explanations. We have to show that the solutions offered by the right (i.e. repression, isolation and aggressive foreign policy) will at most slow down the increasing precarity and poverty for a while at the cost of our own freedom and the lives of others. We have to show that the inequality, disenfranchisement and lack of perspective of the vast majority of the human race is a necessity of capitalism, and that the dream of jobs for everybody is dead and buried. Finally, we have to show that most refugees are fleeing and traumatised because the current economic order persists. Capitalism lives from humiliation, brutal oppression and wars on entire continents.
Even if our support of refugees and migrants costs us much of our energy, we cannot ignore the increasing precarity of those with the same citizenship as us. We have to support and help organise their struggles, so as not to play into the hands of the radical right and to become bourgeois paternalist philanthropists ourselves.
For this reason, we call on you not only to take part in anti-fascist counterprotest and self-defence on 6 February, but also to show an alternative to the current misery through direct action, solidarity, anti-parliamentarism and self-organisation, i.e. the entire bracket of anarcho-syndicalist activities. We call on you to unmask the European right as what they truly are: the best thing that could ever happen to capitalism and its endeavor to prevent a sorely-needed class war and an alliance of the oppressed.
Stop the enemies of our emancipation! Towards a free and anti-capitalist future!

ayer Miercoles 27 de Enero fue la fecha anunciada por el juzgado nº2
de Girona para desalojar el CSO L'Estella en Banyoles. Estuvimos
unxs cuantxs compas en la concentración delante del espacio pero
no aparecieron ni lxs del juzgado ni los maderos. Automaticamente
se quedó suspendido éste segundo intento de desalojar la Estella,
ya que el orden solamente les autorizó para éste mismo dia de rea-
lizar su trabajo sucio. Ahora estamos esperando una nueva fecha,
que podria alargar la vida de la Estella por varios meses, o también
existe la posibilidad que archivan el caso y abrirán un nuevo proceso.
En cualquier caso ahí estaremos para seguir con la lucha por la
liberación total, practicando la autogestión y el apoyo mutuo solidario.
Viva la okupación y la Anarkia!

yesterday Wednesday January 27th was the announced date of the
2nd court of Girona to evict the CSO L'Estella in Banyoles.We stood
a bunch of comrades in front of the space, but noone showed up not
the cops nor from courthouse. Automaticly was cancelled this 2nd
intent to evict la Estella, because their order only authorized them to
realize their dirty job at that same date. Now we're waiting for a new
date, what could large the life of the squat for various month, or exist
the possibility that they archive the case to open a new process, too.
In each case we'll stay here to continue the struggle for the total
liberation, practizing the d.i.y. and the solidarious support.

"Gimmy" Puglisi anarquista detenido el 4 de Junio 2013 en Barcelona, anteriormente fugado de la justicia italiana y buscado por orden internacional por ser condenado a 14 años por los hechos de Genova G8 2001.
Ultimamente Gimmy ha sufrido mucho porque el 24 de Octubre pasado se suicidó su compañera sentimental Paola Ferla que le acompañó durante más de un año en la fuga.
Partes de una carta suya de Diciembre del 2015:
"Pero hablo 2 líneas precisas como nos reunimos con Paola. Nos conocimos en el 24-25 abril, 2006 durante una fiesta organizada por la antifascista totalmente el sistema de sonido Anark en el centro social histórico "Guernica Fabrika". Desde entonces no nos hemos separado. Unx al lado dela otrx 24h / 24h con las ocupaciones, taz, fiesta en centros comunitarios con beneficios, procedimientos para los hechos de la cumbre del G8 en Génova ... siempre juntxs! Especialmente el escondite heroica a mi lado y no es poca cosa! Financió con su propia discapacidad dinero absoluta libertad. Honrarla siempre! En realidad sabíamos que tarde o temprano me atraparon, pero fue el principio de no volver a cortar! Para el final! No tengo rencores que hice, porque yo tenía un año más con mi amada Paola. Para mí fue una pérdida inconmensurable que aún hoy en día no lo creo, pero tengo que creer porque esta es la realidad y no se puede cambiar..però usted puede hacer obras revolucionarias para suavizar y aliviar mi dolor es que uno de los familiares Ferla porque son proletarios reales! Y 'verdaderos !! costes derivados son € 6.000! Me considero una persona humilde y respetuoso con los compañeros que me apoyaron incondicionalmente hoy y de hecho yo sinceramente le agradece hecho tomar la oportunidad de hacerlo, con sus beneficios con conciertos, cócteles cenas y mucho más! No es necesario para que el nombre completo todo el mundo sabe si lo hizo o si lo hizo el trabajo revolucionario . Pero no voy a detenerme demasiado en este tema. Entiendo a los que quieren entender como decimos en mi país "media palabra"! Durante más de un mes que ponga la economía más que antes (por el dinero de la compa!) Esta es también gracias que son de una sola célula. Y pude publicar el viernes pasado desde mi cuenta de 300 EUR a mi madre (viuda de su marido y un hijo y una hija Paola casi sólo por una cuestión de sangre) para ser compartido con la familia proletarios Ferla. No me avergüenzo, estoy haciendo ahorros, comer de la compra ya que al menos puedo, pero mi madre porque incluso que el gasto no puede apenas hacerlo. Yo aquí no pago alquiler y luz la que sí! ¿Por qué alquilar! Porque no me avergüenzo, la pobreza no es una vergüenza. Vergonzoso son otras cosas! Estoy orgulloso de ser, a pesar de todo, todavía yo!"

Transporte de Paola de Génova a Canicattini Baños (provincia de Siracusa). Entiendo que es difícil por ahí y cada uno también tiene sus propios problemas,..però lamentablemente un esfuerzo para pedir a todxs lxs compañerxs anarquistas, antifascistas, libertarios, simpatizantes y gente común, en fin todo el mundo puede contribuir a la causa y hacer una acción revolucionaria, porque incluso apoyar a un funeral de un amigo de un amigo en la cárcel por hechos colectivos que se relaciona con todxs, es una acción revolucionaria."

Goedkope supermarkten zijn een illusie: u krijgt twee maal de rekening
'De lage prijs die we nu voor ons voedsel betalen, is een illusie', schrijft Sarah Van Liefferinge van de Piratenpartij. 'Wereldwijd worden we misleid door een handvol grote spelers die voedselprijzen en arbeidsvoorwaarden manipuleren, en zelfs onze voedingspatronen. Een schrikwekkende evolutie.'
Winkelen met respect voor mens en milieu vraagt tijd en geld. Beiden zijn schaars voor de meesten van ons. Dus kopen we ons voedsel massaal in de grote supermarkten, die zo steeds meer macht over de voedselketen verwerven.
Met die macht zetten ze kleine boeren en lokale verdelers onder druk om zo goedkoop en zo snel mogelijk te produceren. Het is buigen of barsten, want hoe zouden de kleintjes in godsnaam kunnen onderhandelen of concurreren met multinationals die de wereld domineren?
Ook goedkoop heeft zijn prijs
Maar ook goedkoop heeft zo zijn prijs. Door ons geloof in de kapitalistische dogma's 'schaalvergroting', 'winstmaximalisatie' en 'efficiëntie' is industrieel voedsel de norm geworden. Het bevat veel zout, suiker en vet, maar ook minderwaardige kleurstoffen, smaakversterkers, vul- en bewaarmiddelen.
Dieren worden op korte tijd en in erbarmelijke omstandigheden kunstmatig opgepompt voor consumptie. Grootschalige monocultuur verarmt de vruchtbare bodem, wat gecompenseerd moet worden met kunstmest. Chemische pesticiden doden de biodiversiteit en veroorzaken massale bijensterfte, waardoor de natuurlijke bevruchting van gewassen in het gedrang komt.
De rauwe realiteit van uitbuiting, rooflandbouw en pseudovoedsel wordt gemaskeerd met gigantische reclamebudgetten en marketingstrategieën. Industrieel voedsel komt uit steriele fabrieken. Er zit geen greintje liefde in, alle verleidelijke slogans en lieflijke plaatjes van lachende boeren en hartelijke grootmoedertjes ten spijt.
Met de race to the bottom besparen we op de landbouwstiel, op voedselkwaliteit en op volksgezondheid. We besparen op de toekomst van onze kinderen. Doodzonde!
Europese landbouwsubsidies voor multinationals
Er is te weinig transparantie over de herkomst en de werkelijke kostprijs van ons voedsel. Wist u dat gigabedrijven zoals Nestlé (¤ 638 miljoen), Mars (minstens ¤ 24 miljoen) en Mondelez/Kraft Foods (¤ 35 miljoen) de voorbije jaren miljoenen opstreken aan Europese landbouwsubsidies? Met dit belastinggeld stimuleren ze boeren om te overproduceren en aan dumpingprijzen te verkopen.
Ziedaar de illusie van goedkoop: industrieel bewerkt voedsel kost relatief weinig omdat we nietsvermoedend twee maal de rekening gepresenteerd krijgen, als burger en als consument. Bovendien worden de externe kosten op vlak van milieu, ethiek en gezondheid niet aangerekend.
Ook de supermarktrekken vol keuzevrijheid zijn een illusie. Dankzij fusies en overnames is een kleine groep megacorporaties erin geslaagd het overgrote deel van de globale voedselmarkt te monopoliseren. We worden misleid door het behoud van vertrouwde merknamen zoals bv. Côte d'Or en LU (beide producten van Mondelez/Kraft Foods).

De tien machtigste spelers zijn Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Danone, General Mills, Kellogg, Mars, Mondelez/Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, Associated British Foods (ABF) en Unilever. Wereldwijd manipuleren zij voedselprijzen en arbeidsvoorwaarden, tot zelfs onze voedingspatronen. Een schrikwekkende evolutie.
TTIP is niet ok
En dan hebben we het nog niet gehad over TTIP, het nakende vrijhandelsverdrag tussen de EU en de VS. De beloftes? Handel stimuleren, de economie aanzwengelen en jobs creëren. De ware toedracht? De wereld verder corporatiseren, monopoliseren en uitbuiten. Zo geeft de clausule ISDS multinationals de macht om schadevergoedingen te eisen van overheden die hun handelsactiviteiten belemmeren. Net als bij de redding van de banken draait de burger op voor het comfort van het grootkapitaal.
Door TTIP zouden de Europese en de Amerikaanse regelgevingen qua voedselveiligheid geharmoniseerd worden. En dat is slecht nieuws voor Europa. TTIP biedt ingang voor de zogenaamde chloorkippen, maar ook voor groeihormonen en pesticiden die nu verboden zijn bij ons. Ook onze normen qua dierenwelzijn en milieu dreigen verlaagd te worden.

Het overgrote deel van de gesprekspartners zijn corporate lobbygroepen zoals FoodDrinkEurope, dat o.a. de belangen van de tien grootste voedselmultinationals verdedigt. Maar ook voor Monsanto, het biotechbedrijf dat pesticiden produceert en zaden en gewassen patenteert, is TTIP een natte droom.
Ondanks massaal protest stemde het Europees Parlement begin juli voor de verderzetting van de onderhandelingen. Een zoveelste kaakslag in het gezicht van de Europese burger.
Wees revolutionair: eet ecologisch en lokaal!
In het rapport 'Wake up before it is too late' pleit de VN voor radicale beleidsveranderingen wat voedsel, landbouw en handel betreft. We moeten dringend overschakelen van industriële massaproductie op basis van fossiele brandstoffen naar kleinschalige ecologische landbouwbedrijven en korte keten voedselsystemen. Een holistische benadering is de enige manier om grote uitdagingen zoals klimaatverandering, voedselschaarste en migratie aan te pakken.

Wij burgers kunnen niet blijven wachten op onze overheden, die economische groei en kwantiteit boven leefmilieu en kwaliteit plaatsen. We zullen zelf initiatief moeten nemen en de nodige veranderingen bottom-up verwezenlijken. Dat begint bij ons consumptiegedrag en de bereidheid om een eerlijke prijs te betalen. Door industrieel voedsel te kopen bestendigen we de machtsverhoudingen van het nietsontziende globale kapitalisme.
Gelukkig rijzen er overal in Vlaanderen alternatieven uit de grond. Je kan terecht bij bij lokale boeren, bij verdeelpunten van artisanale producten, in hoevewinkels of in bioshops. CSA-boerderijen (Community Supported Agriculture of gemeenschapslandbouw) bieden hun klanten een oogstaandeel, en op plukboerderijen kan je zelf gaan oogsten. Ook online kan je je gading vinden. Via deeleenkoe.be bestel je samen een koe, die pas geslacht wordt als het hele dier verkocht is. Zo wil men voedselverspilling tegengaan. En via Fermet.be kunnen mensen uit Leuven, Gent en Antwerpen duurzame landbouwproducten bestellen.
Het staat vast: er beweegt wat. Steeds meer mensen beseffen dat we de controle over ons voedsel terug moeten winnen uit de handen van de multinationals. Korte keten betekent dat er weer een rechtstreekse band ontstaat tussen producent en consument.
Alleen samen kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat eerlijk, duurzaam en lokaal voedsel in de toekomst de norm wordt, in plaats van de uitzondering. Wees revolutionair en engagez-vous!
